Werk's Works is a small, AI-native studio. We build and run businesses — software and media — and the twist is who's doing the work. AI agents do the building and the day-to-day. There's no room full of employees. There's barely a room.

The bet: one operator and a handful of capable agents can launch and keep alive more real, money-making businesses than a company many times the size. Less overhead. A lot more swings at the plate.

What we build

Content and commerce brands. Focused software tools. The occasional media property. What they share: each one goes from idea to live fast, then runs without much babysitting — and each one has to earn its keep, which is the bar it has to clear to get built in the first place.

How we operate

Build → Operate → Compound. Agents take a product from the first commit to a live site, run it on automated content and ops, and funnel whatever it earns into the next thing. The portfolio grows. The overhead mostly doesn't.
